According to Facebook Platform Policy, users of Facebook Login or any of our
Meta-integrated services may request the deletion of their data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your data collected through Facebook Login or any Meta API,
please follow one of the options below:
Option A: Request via Email
Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line
“Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Your Facebook account email
- The app or service you used (e.g. Dr Green Group website, campaign, or promotion)
We will process your request and delete the related data from our systems as soon as reasonably practicable.
Option B: Remove App Access from Facebook
You can also remove our app’s access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook account:
- Go to Facebook Settings.
- Select “Apps and Websites”.
- Find our application or service in the list.
- Click “Remove” to revoke permissions and delete app data.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete all data obtained via Facebook Login or Meta APIs, including:
- Name and public profile information
- Email address (if provided)
- Profile picture
- Page-level permissions and tokens
- Analytics or insights data associated with your Facebook account, where identifiable
Data Deletion Timeline
All deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 business days.
Once completed, the relevant data will no longer be retained in our active systems.
